  3. Prepare Your Return: Package the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring it is in resalable condition. Attach the RMA number on the outside of the package for easy identification.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
  • Return Shipping Label: Dubrichni does not provide free return shipping labels unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.
  • Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping method to return items, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Gift cards or digital products.
  • Personalized or customized products.
