2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Shipping the Return: Securely package the product, including all original items (manuals, accessories, etc.), and ship it back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
